Beyoncé Helps Choreographer Put a Ring on Backup Dancer

During a show in St. Louis on Saturday (Sept. 10) at the America Center Stadium, Beyoncé orchestrated a proposal between her choreographer (John Silver) and one of her backup dancers (Ashley Everett).
